I also reflowed the mustard relay box PC board recently. It was fine for a while, but tonight I got the dreaded 'PARKING LIGHT' dong again.

I closely examined the box that holds the mustard 'relay' and found that one of the female connectors is deformed. The sides that should grip the male prong are squished into the bottom. The mustard box rocks in the socket and the lights go on and off as a result. The socket affected is the left-most (i.e. driver side) and rear-most.

I will try to repair the female connector. What might help in the meantime is a low-tech wedge (like a piece of cardboard) to keep the mustard box from rocking the 'wrong way.' Will give that a try tomorrow.
