which has all of your odometer information. You might try using stabilant 22 on the connections and see if it helps. Can't hurt. If if was a faulty coding plug your odometer would be affected as well not just the trip odometer.

Well the cluster went 5 days fully operational. This morning the trip OD had reset but I haven't heard any chiming yet but I'm sure it will reappear. When I reinstalled the cluster I had trouble seating the brown colored connector. After removing and replaceing the cluster three times it was finally working. In addition to the other suggestions I wonder if the problem is the connector. Everytime I've had the board out and reinstalled it the trip OD and chime worked for a short period of time. Anyway, I'm too frustrated to deal with it for a while.
