Up in the States, at least in San Diego. They call it Clean Natural Gas. They run it in the Buses up here.

basically similar to LPG - have a pre-carb after the airfilter (or afetr the carb if engine has one), and a diagphram regulator referenced to the engine intake manifold vacuum (to regulate injection rate against the airflow, eg manage the "mixture")

Common here in NZ along with LPG - difference between the two comes down to the grade of gas - LPG is closer to petrol and is usually better in modern engines as both do burn hotter...


they work? Is it similar to a gas engine, with plugs and wires?
