This is correct. The LKM box is about 6 inches long and about an inch wide, and it's in the front fuse box. Pull hard straight up to get it to come out, then use some small screwdrivers to seperate the top cover. The solder joints get weak, and this makes the lights go on and off and act strange. Good luck! It's really easy!

Yes, resolder/reflow solder joints of relays on LKM circuit board. The LKM is the long thin box inside your fuse box.

Can anybody help me with an electrical problem? The headlights of my BMW 735 1990 is turning off during
the drive. Does anyone know what to do?
