No need to remove bumper. The trick is to remove the fog lamp that the nozzle services. It helps to either adjust or remove the fog lamp mounting frame to give yourself more room. A short(!) open 16-17mm wrench might do the trick on the locking nut. The nozzle snaps onto the hose fitting.
