I don't believe that the 750s of that year have a mustard relay. That function was brought inboard to the LKM a few years back. Whichever mustard relay you replaced, probably has nothing to do with the headlights.

The only thing that can turn headlights on and off is the LKM. There must be some other appliance in the car - as MAx suggested - that is triggering it. This also sounds like one of those bad ground types of faults. Was any work done on the vehicle - even in places far from the engine compartment - that might have required removing a ground wire?

Do you have an alarm installed? Could this be "the ghost in the machine"? I've also heard of modile phone installs that would flash the headlights on the phone ringing... is there ANYTHING there non-standard that would fire the lights AFTER the LKM?

i even pulled the lkm with the lights on and they still stayed on! what to do????????????????????
