16 minutes to remove ( No Tilt Wheel )
( Proved that the Stearing Wheel didn't need to be removed and the Battery didn't need to be disconnected. Also laid low as I dropped the stearing column for fear the the Air Bag was going to blow. Hey, after the last 30 days in the USA, I wanted the Air Bag to Blow!!!!!) I'm better now.
20 minutes to remove all bulbs and replace with new bulbs.
60 Seconds to spray connectors with "Connector Cleaner Plus"
13 minutes to reinstall including interior trim, ( stopped after Steering Column was raised to power on to confirm everything was working.)

5 Days to Get Smile off of my face. Now I can see the gauges at night.

I wanted to prove 2 things with my car.

1. You don't have to Yank the stearing wheel to pull the instrument panel.

2. My intermittent display was due to dirty connectors, not bad capacitators.

Will update everyone in 14 days
