(I had this about 8 months ago. My local radiator shop was able to order just the end tank, for about $50, replaced just the end tank, and cleaned it all out at the same time.

Parts and labor came to about $90 or $100.

Of course your dealer will tell you that this is not a recommended fix, but it worked for me.
