North American Spec Rotors are thin. And they will wrap very easy. You can only turn the rotors only once before replacement. Rotors from Bavarian Autosports are about $60.00 and easy to replace. I talk to one of feinds also a BMW-CCA member on a drive last weekend. 1986 M6. He had a complete life time warranty brake job from Meinenke. Once they wrap they will turn the rotors once. When they wrap again Meinenke will replace the rotors and pads for free under the life time warranty.

in March 2001 just bought new front rotors & pads from BMW dealer. Yesterday after ONLY ONE!!! emergency braking (from 100 mph to 40) they are warped.
Original rotors from BMW are f*c**ng sh*t, need advice what combination of rotors/pads prooved good?
