This is supposed to cure most oil leaks since it fixes the cam area ventilation.

A rather cheap and DIY kind of fix also

BMW doesn't call these "PCV" valves but there are two types, one called a "air volume control) valve and another called a "air return control".

Which one is equivalent to the PCV valve, or do they both (pairs) need to be replaced?
