Try this on for size.....
My tyres were slashed first, at this point I didn't know who was doing it. So called the Cops and reported it. They said that I could get an incident Number and report it to my insurance. This would mean having to pay £300 excess before buying the tyres!!! A mate of mine works in the tyre industry, Sold me a set of brand new RTT2's for £280 fitted and balanced, which is good over hear as they retail about £140 per tyre!!!!
The Cops asked what I was going to do, Told them that I intended to fit 2xCCTV Cameras + 2x PIR lights on the Driveway. Now for the punchline.....
The Copper goes on to say that the tape off the camera is inadmissable in court, why? Because I haven't asked the Perp permission to tape him vandalising my car!!!! Human rights and all that!!!
Two weeks ago my Car was attacked again, This time I thought Ya beauty!! I'll find out who done it, as I'll have it on Camera. Sure enough there he is Smashing a Glass in my driveway and taking it along my doors!! Not only that but I know Who it is now!! By the time I'm dressed (3.44am) It's to late, He's Buggered off to his house. Called the Cops to keep it legal, They say that the Tapes inadmissable + It's hard to distinguish him (MY LARGE WHITE BUTTOCKS!!!! I Knew who it was!!)
And that he didn't damage my car, It was the Glass that did it!!! Yep!! you read correct THE GLASS DID IT! This means that If I have a Baseball Bat Loaded with nails, pummelled every panel on his car then dropped the bat in his drive, I can put my hands up and Say "Sorry Officer it wasn't me, It was the Bat that done it!!"
They wanted to Challenge him on this, only as a warning, as all evidence was circumstancial(??).
I've passed on that ......
REVENGE, IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD!!!

Some f***ing a**hole apparently decided it was in order to key my ENTIRE car last night...the only undamaged panel is the roof. Anyone know what to look for in a paint job? My insurance adjuster came today and estimated about $2000...this sounds low to me, but I have no idea. Anyone have any experience with this? I want something that looks like the factory job...the car previously had not a scratch on it.
