Inadmissable in court, because you taped him, you must be kidding.
If someone trespasses on my property and it is posted "no trespassing" I can't take his picture?
We need to elect better leaders.
With the recent events in the world.
video tape should be admissable.
What does 7-11 do when the camera has a shooting suspect on it, tell the victim, he was shot by a gun, not the criminal?
Just my .02 cents worth.
and to think after the hit and run on my 750il 14 weeks ago I also considered video cameras.
Instead I now always park in the Garage.
