I shared this experience some times ago and Im still unable to get a replacement that fits perfectly. Im in a remote part of Nigeria anyway.

I have had the same frustrating experience! I'm pretty demanding on brakes (Boston driving training). I can't say I have done a long term test yet, but I have had a pair of Zimmer (from Zygmunt) cross drilled front rotors on for about 2 months now and they have held up super! Still true and straight. I paid only $53 each for them. I am using some pretty tough pads to keep dust down too. You could go to the organic pads as well, but if you do, be prepared to replace them often and also clean your wheels daily. So far so good.

in March 2001 just bought new front rotors & pads from BMW dealer. Yesterday after ONLY ONE!!! emergency braking (from 100 mph to 40) they are warped.
Original rotors from BMW are f*c**ng sh*t, need advice what combination of rotors/pads prooved good?
