For people that want to contact Germany plant 7ser (archive)

Having moved my car over to the UK you may want to know that the first thing they will ask you is to change your low beams (pointing the wrong direction) as well as the fog lights..and maybe the sideways indicators (only in Europe they have them).

I contacted the guys in Germany and here is the response I got

as to your questions to get the British standard for your car I asked
some specialists within the BMW Group. The result is, you'll need a lot
of features to be changed, for instance:

- headlights
- headlight adjustment control
- main headlight switch
- taillights
- fog lights front and rear
- light check modul
- adjustment of the wiring harness
- hands-free telephone
- instrument cluster
- radio system
