Then second i saw you bring 7500 to me that makes any ORIGIONAL contract void. If we say 10,000 which isn't bad at all for a 92 735i with low miles (100k is LOW). And if we do the 100 deposit (which is a $100 deposit on 10,000 NOT 7,500) the second you try and lower the price your deposit is lost and any verbal or contractual aggrement is void, because in essance you just rejected his 10,000 and now you are the one making an offer... which he has every right to decline... and in giving a deposite YOU agree to 10,000.... so guess what fag you'll be mowing my lawn for quite while because of breach of contract... you fucking piece of trash.
And even if it is dependent on a clean bill of health, when it doesn't have one... you get your deposit back and off to molesting childern you go.

Sorry i wanted to beat the shit out of him so bad i forgot to post it under his thread

Go over and see the car. LOVE it and tell them you WILL buy it, and leave a $100 deposit. Tell them you need to have it inspected as a formality, but you are sure the car is PERFECT, so it is relaly nothing.

Then, have the car taken to the BMW dealer for a THOROUGH check. Make the appointment for several days away and make the sellers promise to take the car off the market with the $100 deposit and conditional verbal bill of sale. Make the sale a slam-dunk dependent ONLY on the dealer's clean bill of health. Obviously they think the car is OK, so they will go for it.

The dealer WILL find stuff wrong, especially if you confide to the service writer that you have plenty of money and want EVERYTHING found so you can fix it right away. His eyes will positively GLAZE OVER with anticipation at such a sucker.

Go back to the sellers and hem and haw based on the problems the dealer found. Take about $7500 in $100 bills ($6500 in one pocket and the rest in your wallet in $20 bills and some $100s).

Now, if you did it right, their newspaper ad has run out, and the other "hot prospects" were turned away. They thought they had the car sold (and mentally have spent the money). They are desperate to get the car GONE.

Now, drop the bomb and tell them the car is only worth about $6500 to you in the present condition. They will cry, and maybe bite right away, in which case you're golden.

On the other hand, they may hesitate. Take the $6500 out and count the $100 bills in plain sight so they salivate.

If they say a "soft" no, mention you might have some more $$, but not a lot. Pull out your wallet as if you don't know how much is there. At some point, they will probably bite when you count out another sum (use your judgment).

If not, demand your deposit back since the car was NOT as represented. If the refuse, tell them you will sue in small claims court for "fraud by deception" and tie up their car in the law suit for months. You WILL get the car. my friend. By the way, I have used the "fraud by deception" thing and it WORKS. It is a valid cause of action and vague enough that their lawyer will tell them to sell to avoid the hassle.

I perfected this technique buying cars from people whose kids and spouses had died and were selling their cars. I searched the obits and cross referenced them with the car ads. I made over $200,000 reselling these cars over a 7 year period by doing JUST what I pointed out. It was like shooting fish in a barrell. If they mentioned their departed loved one, I would make up a story how I lost my kid/wife/whatever so they would feel like I was feeling their pain. I had a hard time keeping a straight face-I wanted to laugh out loud!

It is AMAZING what stupid suckers people get to be when they are down and out (loss of job/dead kids/etc.). Tough shit, really. Only the strong survive!

Best luck,
Dennis
