kbb is completely out of line these days, I think the govt. sets the standards there, so they could charge you more taxes. I just looked at the ads in my area and saw an '88 with 155k selling for <$3k, no damage. Even the most ruthless dealers won't ask anything close to kbb, unless the thing is on its original tank of gas
