recomendation for 18" wheels on a 90 750iL (archive)

I have replaced my original wheels with 18" M parallel replica wheels from Italy. They are all bent within 8 months and have replaced one already. I need a set of 18 inch wheels that are going to be strong enough . I originally bought these replica wheels thinking I will save some money. Within a week I bent one. Had it fixed then had it replaced 4 months later. Has anyone replaced their wheels with 18's and have had them for a while with no problems? I will like to know. Thanks
