Squeal and not squeak with a rumble is usually the belt slipping - they're stiffer and less "grippy" with cold rubber. Maybe try the tension up just a little bit? You don't want them slipping, if only not to polish the pulleys and make more slippage potential...

I got squeeky noise from the v-belt position every morning.
But once I drove to work, it's gone? ANy ideas guys???
Is it water pump gettin old? Need to change v-belt???
