I went from 235/??x16s up to 225 & 255/35x19s.
The 19s didn't seem to be that much bigger in diameter.
It was doing it on the motorway, and the engine temp was pretty low too.
Warmed up to normal as soon as I got back into normal traffic.

Without knowing ANY specifics, I'd recommend swapping back to your old wheels and seeing if the problem is still there. Kind of hard to think of why this would be a problem, unless a much greater tire diameter changed the load required to accelerate the car at speed.

Just for curiosity, what size wheel/tire combo was on the car, and what did you go to?

Well, after 2300 miles of 750 ownership, It's developed its first problem.
While easing off and trying to cruise at 85mph, the engine seems to hesitate. It's almost like the box is trying to shift down.
Any ideas?
This has only happened since I fitted my 19inch alloys.
Steve
