Penny wise and pound foolish is not the way to go here. You're not talking a huge difference in dollars, so go with the quality parts and pay the extra $50 or so for a pair of good rotors available on many sites.

I found some new front brake rotors from a local supplier
for 92 750il that are manufactured in China--
anyone had any experience with these? They're $34 each.
