THANKS A LOT FOR THE ADVICE. tHERE IS A REALLY GOOD bmw junk yard here in L.A and next time I go there I'll Pick-up the parts you want.

I'm dealing with the stepper motor problem. Does anyone know how to release the motor from the rod that goes to the flap. I tried a screw driver but was afraid of exerting too much force as I already have too many broken clips etc. as it is
