The Oil Sensor Light is now off but the engine fan sounds like sand grinding.


I just started my 91 750il and it sounded like something was stuck in the radiator fan. After a matter of seconds it cleared and I saw 4 -00 buck shot size on the ground underneath the car. Now my comp is saying Oil pressure sensor. The mannual says See Dealer. Any help would be appreciated.
