Yes there is a (plastic?) wheel about 2 and a half inch in diameter on the end of a tensioner. I took mine out but am at work so I am just recalling the shape from memory.

I need some help on the tensioner. Is the supposed to be a wheel or something on the end of the tensioner that rolls on the 3-4" wheel that provides tension for the belt? It appears that there isnt anything on the end of the tensioner and it is rubbing and digging into that wheel. Maybe that is where the ball bearings came from that I found on the ground. Any help would help.
