Seriously, inspection I&II is all they did on mine at 130,000

They (the BMW dealer) have a pre printed check list you can get from them before deciding.
Once you read it you may want to check some of it yourself.
Some items not on the list that are worth check and or replacing at that mileage are;
filter in bottom of pentosin reservoir and change pentosin if you have LAD (750il US) also the suspension bushings and tie rods front and rear, trans fluid and filter if not done recently (inspection I item), brake fluid, all rubber vacumm hoses 13 years makes them brittle, and high pressure washer hoses.

just a few things that with 144,000 on mine now I watch for too.
