Re-setting OBC (archive)

I recently had an OBC message - 'Brake Linings' so I checked and yes, the fronts were almost worn out. I've repalced them but I'm still getting the gong and message every time I start the engine or stop it. Do I have to re-set the OBC and anyone know how? Incidentally, I didn't replace the wear sensor - I just re-fitted the old one as it appeared to be mint.
