How to Adjust the Idle Position Switch? (archive)

Over the last couple of weeks I've been experiencing rough idle. When the idle position switch is jiggled the problem seems to clear up. The Bentley doesn't give clear instructions on how to adjust the switch. It mentions loosening two screws to adjust. Are these screws underneath the sheathing covering the wiring harness?
