Your right I'm wrong after I found out where the fuse box was on the e32 have an e23 Thanks for the help
I'm working on a 1987 BMW 735 L 7 I'm trying to repair the power windows none of which work. The motors are fine when I hook them up to a direct power source they'll run the windows up and down. I have absolutely no power to any of the window switches and or the window circuit breaker
the fuse for that circuit is okay and it's the same circuit that the power seats are on.
Is there a relay for the windows somewhere? If so where? Is this a common problem?
Do you have any ideas? I have one other question, how do you remove the door pull from the drivers side door? I found the screws in the lower portion of the door pull but I can't get the top portion off, it seems that there is something behind the power mirror switch but I can't get at it. Again any ideas. Thanks ahead of time for any help that you might be able to give me. Steve T.
