Well, you can push it towards the instrument cluster, by pulling up a lever under the steering wheel column and pushing at the steering wheel, then move the lever back in place. This will lower it a bit. But if you want to move it lower than that, you're in for some "taking apart" work. Think someone asked about this just a few posts down from this one.

I am a short girl and the steering wheel is a bit too high for me. Any way to lower the steering wheel down?
