Tried a silicone spray, pointed up with one of those little nozze pipes onto the hinges?

I use the CRC808 stuff, closest I can get to the old penetrating oil & it seems to stay put and stay slippery. You can see the hinge points looking up under the handle with it raised... just had mine out (for other reasons) and got rid of a similar bind with some spray then some up-down to work it well into the pivot...

Need some advice from our resident experts. Both my driver and passenger front door handles stay up when you lift them to open the door. I sprayed some WD-40 from the outside of the handle and that didn't help. any suggestion on what to try next? How hard is it to remove the door panel to look around? Thanks in Advance for the help.
