If the mechanical function of the lock is broken (they are pot metal and often break-the dealer sells a rebuild kit for about $55), try to get under the car and connect a battery with jumpers to the starter terminal that leads to the jump terminal (next to the heater valve) and to the battery.

This should allow normal electrical functioning of the locks.
