If you're talking about that yellow stuff in the engine block, i don't know couz when i got the car it was very clean, i just had to remove a little grease and from now on i just keep it like this, like regular maintenance ... i use a pressure water machine sometimes, but i didnt have to scrub / sand , or use any strong degreaser, acid ....
