Im thinking of purchasing a 1991 735iL from a private party. I test drove the car, and everything is in working order except for a rattling noise when the car is idle. I have always wanted an E32 BMW, (I am 16, i have wanted this car since i was 10) and it is a deal i cannot resist, as it has 108000 miles and he is taking my deal of $5600 for it. I am getting this noise checked out by a German car mechanic i know, and i was wondering if there are any pointers, or anything else i should have checked before i buy it? THANKS.
