There are a couple of things here to consider -
1/ When was the last time you lubricated the runners? I know it sounds funny, but the rubbers do dry out, causing friction and slowing the window. This in turn loads the motor and can burn it out! To lubricate use a silicone spray as this dries into the rubber and doesn't attack the seal.2/ The motors can be overhauled on the early models, these can be recognised by the casing being held together by Torx Screw, these can be stripped cleaned, regreased and reassembled. The later models came as sealed units and can only be binned when finished.
Hope this Helps.

My passenger side window is very slow. I just had the window motor replaced (because the window stopped working halfway up/down). But, the window still seems to "labor" when moving.
Any suggestions appreciated..
Thanks
