Did you check possible head gasket leakage. I found a leak on passenger side off 6th cylinder (which was around the right-center of the firewall). Head gasket change fixed it. If it is your heater core you should smell coolant through your vents and possibly get fogged windows. Good Luck.


After running the car for about 10 minutes I start to get a substantial flow of coolant along the back of the engine. It is not coming from the overflow container or any hoses I can see, but it is very close to the firewall. Also not a freeze plug. I have been above and below and can't find it. Could this be the heater core or a connection?
