You can if you wish, it's up to you. I don't,but then I don't have this problem. the runner does go into the door, so it maybe best if you did...Remove it that is.

Stupid question maybe... Do I need to remove the door panel to get to the runners for a good lubrication?
I'm still somewhat of a beginner(as if you can't tell); but, I'm learning a lot...
