I am considering urethane thrust bushings, but am interested in how they've held up. The designs I've seen do not use the trapezoidal "inner", and are sometimes not bonded to the inner sleeve.

I have installed BMP, RTRS, and Paul Gray poly bushings all with outstanding results. The Paul Grays are priced qiote right.

NONE of the bushings are bonded, and ALL rely on the inner sleeve freely rotating inside the poly bushing. DO use silicone grease on the inner sleeve and you will never have squeeks.

Poly IS the way to go IMHO.
