I had similar problems as those described in the "overheating" posts, until I noticed water in my oil. I replaced my head gasket, but after about 5 min of running, I again noticed milky oil. I removed the head again and sent it out to pressure check. It checked OK, so I reassembled the head. Not being able to check the block, I wanted to make sure the oil cycled clean before I reinstalled the water pump, etc. I restarted the car, and again the oil became milky. There was water in the engine (what was left from flushing), but hoses were not attached and water pump was not installed. My question is can there be residual water causing my oil to become milky that quickly, if so how many oil changes will it take to clear it up, or should I look elsewhere for the source of the water? Thanks, Phil
