parts have been installed e.g. radio, radar detector etc. Or removed? Often this type of "global" gremlin is the result of some discount auto electronics chain permitting their "skilled" technician install things in the car and messing with common battery wires and/or grounds. If the car was hit, this can also be a source of intermittent wiring.

If everything on the car is still stock, I'd start at the source and make sure that the battery wires are making god contact and in good condition (especially the auxilliary power wires on the positive term of the battery) and then work back from the fuse/relay block in the engine compartment to the wiring under the dash.

I am having intermittent problems with headlights and a few other indicators along with radio basically having a mind of their own (flicker on and off periodically). Could this be a problem with the system board or could it be more isolated? Are these 'gremlins' typical in this car model? I alos am having the issue with the 'mustard' relay. What source would be best to purcahse a replacement?
Thanks.
