it's very very possiable you have a defective part. If you bought aftermarket or rebuilt the odds are 50/50 your parts are bad.
that stuff..hence his dispair.

a clogged radiator.
YES I did bleed the coolant many times but once the engine starts to move to the hot zone and i unscrew the bleed nut only hot steam starts to come out and i have to shut the car off and let it cool down.
