Mine did that a week or 2 after I bought it, same thing, driver's door. In my case, a linkage rod popped out of place & had to remove the door panel (pry out the wood trim strips, pry out the mirror adjust button, pry out the tweeter, remove the armrest, pry the clips around the outer perimeter of the door panel). You'll need a bright light & an inspection mirror to look for what's amiss. On mine, there is a loop at the end of the rod that attaches to a cast lever on the inside of the outer door handle mechanism. The rod fits into a plastic grommet which I found down in the bottom door sill. There is an oval plastic plug in the doorjamb edge of the door which provides access with a long screwdriver & slender needle nose pliers to pop the rod & grommet back in place. Put some epoxy on it to hold it in place, if you find that was your problem. There were other posts this week which suggest perhaps some wires could have gotten loose & cut in the scissor action of the window mechanism. Either way, you'll have to take the door panel off to get to it.gale

My driver's door lock will not open\close with my remote or key in lock. Turning the lock works on all locks except driver's. I checked the archives and the solutions were rather vague. I would really like a more concrete hypothesis and a little detail on the fix because the temperature is dipping below -30C here in Saskatchewan making me rather anxious to get this done quickly.
Thank you.
