How to remove a seat that will not move forward?? (archive)

Help! I need to remove the drivers seat but it will not move forward to clear the bolts in the track. And wouldn't you know it, its also stuck as low as it can go!!(Murphy's law!)... Is there some way to manually move the seat forward?
