i have a 88 735i and my window keeps foging up but when i turn on my blower and heat to max it slowly goes alway is this normal or the heater core is demaged.THANKS!!

It could be due to cold weather, if on turn the A/C to about 20c this should cure it. Cheaper to run A/C than open windows.
