The grilles are 5 3/4 " wide... 7 slats... Innermost is 5 13/16" high, outermost is 5 3/8" high.
You owe me a new left sock..I stepped in a bit of tranny fluid while doing the measuring.

Honest question too. I am doing a drawing (art)of all the BMW's and need the exact specs. The front grill.....the black slits in the kidney grill....can someone just measure the length of one of them?? I would appreciate it so much!! I have an e34 or else Id just do it myself.
