"88" 750 IL fog lamp problem.... (archive)

I cannot seem to figure out why my drivers side fog lamp will no longer come on, I have replaced the bulb, tested for power at lamp, re-soldered mustard relay (which by the way fixed my tail lamp and parking lamp problems, thanks)but I still cannot get the drivers side fog light to come on
any answers?
