Hi, I recently changed them. Easy to do.

You have to pry out the ashtray with a screwdriver, take out the lamp holder. Mine where quite tight, but eventualy they had to give in :)

Then you just pull out the bulbs on put in a new one !

The lights go on when your headlights are turned on.
