out..will be expensive to flush the system but I would drain the reservoir and as much of the
system as possible....and I would replace
the two accumulators at the same time..which
will further purge wrong fluid.the accumulators
are why you have a poor ride.
There is also a bleed screw on the LAD rear ride
height valve. I would purge and fill with Pentosin a couple of times at least until the
color of the bath matchs fresh Pentosin.
Wouldn't worry about it over that because the new
rear shocks are just that..new and the power
steering sytem is essentially the same as non LAD
cars so it works effectively with conventional
fluid...if you change the accumulators you should
be fine..also replace the filter in the bottom of
the LAD/Power steering cannister/reservoir.
Good luck,
George

Sounds like someone has put tranny fluid in with your pentosin. All pentosin 7.1 that I have seen is green. I would purge the whole system and replace the pentosin, which may not be as easy as it sounds. Getting the old fluid out of the shocks may require removing the units and the springs to get the old fluid out.

Good luck!
