which seems very old and hardened but doing OK but the splines were leaking. I'll clean the splines and the yoke very thoroughly before putting on lots of blue locktite.
I ended up using a 19mm claw on a torque wrench set to 80 ft-lb (those are what I could find around) and was able to turn the bolts. Did two bolts, came out from under and shift the transmission to neutral, turned shaft 180 degree and Park the transmission for the other two bolts.
