If it's a Penn Warranty from the Penn Warranty Corporation, I would not buy it. I was just royally screwed by them on my 1993 740 transmission. Out of $3800, they paid for $1300, and refused to open a claim until I could find someone to open it and point out the exact cause of failure. I had to drive it crippled 100 miles north to Zeeland Michigan. Not even BMW dealer could touch it. Anyway, once it was opened, they sent out an inspector whose job it is to make certain the job is not done right. They paid for this piece and that piece, but not the whole rebuild - stating we could reuse some of the clutch plates - the rebuilder was pulling his hair out.
They did everything they could to avoid paying my claim, and they acted like assholes every step of the way. Penn Warranty Corporation is Terrible.

I'm looking at a 94 750IL with 70K miles. I am looking at a 2 or 3 year extended warranty for it. Would the common electrical & accessory problems be covered?

I read the warranty and it seems like they would, but I wonder if there are loop holes I am missing.

Thanks a lot!
