If its just a battery problem, why don't you jack up the car, then hook up another battery or a battery charger to the starter power cable connection (positive) and the negative to the chassis via a jumper cable. That ought to restore enough voltage to operate the locks, that is, unless the battery has a really dead short, which is very unlikely. I think that connection is readily accessible from below.
