I Think so ... when i bought mine i realized i had Eibach springs, so one day i had to change my shocks (all 4)and i used the original sachs in the fornt and the OEM hydraulic struts in the rear , no problem. i think it depends on what kind of springs you're getting, maybe that could be a performance spring that doesnt match with the shocks. gotta be careful . good luck :)
